Please complete your company PO or a Sherry order form with style, color, design, quantity, and size breakdown.  Don’t forget to include your company name, address, phone, fax and email address.  Fax your complete order to (305) 691-6132.  NOTE: If you have any questions related to pricing please contact us prior to faxing your order.  If we have any questions regarding your order we will contact you immediately upon receipt.

RETURNING SOMETHING TO US:
